How to identify Different Personality Type and Deal with It Successfully

We Human, tend to take a look at different personality type. Don’t we?
Knowing or being able to work with different personality type of people you interact with helps you in your quest to get them to side with you and go along with your ideas.

Personality defines a person’s attitudes, perceptions and belief and recognizing of a person’s type can help you to communicate with them better. As we go about our everyday lives, we meet people who are open and friendly; the label extroversion would probably be applied to them. This does not mean that they are any more emotional or caring than those with an introversion perspective who may be more reserve in a social setting. The extrovert type of person will make them self-noticed and often speak without thinking whereas the introverts are usually more cautious by nature and think more often about what they are going to say. The extrovert speak loudly and fast while introvert speak quietly and slow.

Each and every one of us has Different Personality Type and we have preferred style of making decisions. So when you identify the type of person you are dealing with, then you need to adapt your approach so that it addresses the way the person think.

  • ·         Highlight the benefit of your proposal to them
  • ·         Use all your natural empathy to conduct things on a personal basis after you have got to know them better

  • ·         Show your natural friendliness during your interaction
  • ·         Try to go with the flow of what they want and adapt as necessary
  • ·         Don’t inundate this person with detail, get the acceptance first and leave practicalities to the end

  • ·         Show that you recognize their vision/concept and beware of giving the impression of being patronizing
