How iWoWwe Compensation Plan Works


All organizations have a compensation plan and vary from company to company. In network marketing, the compensation plan is the details of how the commission of independent agents will be determined on their own and their down line’s sales revenue.

A good compensation plan attracts distributors to the company.. As a network marketer, understanding the plan, makes it work for you and make money.

If you read my last post, I listed the common terminology found in most mlm marketing plan.
In this post, I will explain how you can make money with iWoWwe Compensation plan.

iWowWe is a network marketing company, founded by Bill Starkey in 2007. The company is a leader in online communication tools and offers an opportunity to make money by promoting their high-quality tools.

The video email marketing and video conferencing system. iWoWwe has different packages, but I keep to the basic and premium.

iWowWe offers the MOST innovative and dynamic compensation plan in the direct selling industry. It calls its plan Cooperative Compensation because they don’t believe in competing with others to make a living. Rather, to build wealth together as a team.

Fast Start Program
  • Enroller’s Pool:  If you enroll four people in your first 30 days, you get a share of the pool for life, as long as you have a premium package.
  • Sponsor’s Pool:  Helping one of your personal get four premium people in their first 30 days entitles you to get a share of the pool for life..
  • Eagle Club Bonus:  All Affiliates with a Premium product package can earn $100 for every 4 new Premiums they enroll.  This is always available to you each month. For  example enrolling  12  new  Premiums  in  one  month  would  earn a  $300  bonus.
Bridge Income :Taking  the next  steps in  the Cooperative  Compensation  System  will  put  your focus  on working with just 3 others and helping them succeed. As your team grows, so does your “Bridge” to lifelong financial security and freedom.
  • Personal Sales:  Immediate one-‐time cash  commissions  for  you. You will receive a commission every time you personally sell a product package

  • Team Sales:  As a leader you get paid from the sales of new products depending on your level of leadership. It can also lead to leadership spread that is, if there is no leader in the lower rank between you and the sale, you receive the initial Bonus for your rank and all other rank below you as well because the Bonus compound.
  • Infinite Reach: There is no limit to "how far down" these bonuses can be generated.   These take place on  every  sale-‐even below the 9th level  of  your matrix  and beyond to infinity-‐as these  bonuses  are based on the  Line  of  Sponsorship.

  • Matrix Commission:  Your  ongoing “401k-‐like”  income. You will realize  massive earning  potential with a “3x9” Matrix structure where  you receive $1/month  for each paying account  in your Matrix depending  on your leadership level: the  higher   your rank,  the more levels  are opened to you.
  • Pay Matching Commission:  Matching the efforts of your team down 4 generations, enroll new  affiliates and  qualify  to receive  a composite  100%  bonus that  matches the  matrix pay  of  those you  Personally enroll and  those that  they  enroll down 4  generations.
After you enroll just 4 new affiliates, you begin to receive a “matching amount” equal to 25% of the matrix income of 2 generations of your Personals and their Personals.  Enroll 8 Personals and this extends to 4 generations of Personals enrolled by your group, regardless of where they may sit in your matrix. This is the HEART of “Cooperative Compensation” where your efforts help others to grow, and thus reward you even further.

NOTE: While  you  cannot  receive  Pay Matching on anyone who is a  higher rank  than you, you will still  receive these  commissions  on  the generations that  may be below that  individual. This can even include Pay Matching on those below your 9th level

When you hit the level of Global Field Chairman, you receive an additional bonus equal to 5% of  the matrix  income  generated  by  all affiliates under your 9thlevel in  your matrix to infinity. This extends your residual earning capability even farther as your Organization grows. This bonus  is  paid  to the  2ndGeneration GFC  in your  group, if  there  is  one, which means  you  will also  receive  this bonus on THEIR  matrix income,  as well. get a 25% pay match. Sponsor 5 personals and you get a 50% pay match. Sponsor 8 personal and you get a 75% and sponsor 10 you get a 100% pay match.
Take a look again at the matrix commission box above, 3x9, but I will consider 3x7, if you bring people into iWoWwe, they are forced into the next available position in the matrix. This is great for people below you because they will usually benefit from spillover and other effects.

 Filling out the Matrix, needs 3729 people total, this sounds a lot, but it’s a matter of taking action and Team work. Let us say you bring 3-10, work close with those you bring in, helping them to bring their own people into the business and Matrix you will grow increasingly fast.

When your matrix is filled you’ll be earning about $4908 per month and DOES NOT include the fast start bonus, matching bonus, extra bonuses or retail sales. If you bring in 10 leaders and they each fill out their matrix, each of them would be earning $4908. basic income from the compensation plan.

YOU would earn matching bonuses of 10 x’s $4908 + your own income. The MOST you can earn as a 100% matching bonus is the total filled out matrix of each person which is $4908.
